WITH THE limited capability of my cellphone camera, I can hardly come up with presentable compositions. But that will not stop me from taking pictures. I saw this scene while walking around the Sarangani Provincial Capitol Grounds after the
Opening Ceremonies of the 6th MunaTo Festival, November 27, 2008.

This was taken around the corner where the NBI Building stands. Opposite the NBI builsing is the MunaTo Arcade that was covered with colorful tents that caught my eye.

But what really caught my attention is that father, who was with his daughters. One of the girls was wearing a bright lime green band uniform. I just found it lovely and sweet. I wish my parents were able to take to festivals like this when I was a kid. They seemed to had been very busy all the while preparing for our future. But that’s fine with me. You don’t choose your parents. But I’m not saying I’m not happy with my parents. For me, they are simply the best parents there are.
