A BLANKET of mist enveloped the trail as we began our night trek to Sanchez Peak in General Santos City.
I was part of the lead pack, so we were ahead of all the rest of the trekkers.
It was already drizzling when we were about to assault the steep slope. When I looked behind me, I saw this beautiful sight. Beams of light from an incandescent light bulb are filtered by the leaves of trees. The mist made the beams even more visible.
The monochrome look of this photo is natural. There was no alteration of the color of this photograph.
